College Motivational Speaker

Mallory Whitfield's high-energy, entertaining speaking style is a hit with younger audiences. She pairs personal stories with actionable takeaways and interactive activities that are custom designed for your students. Mallory's keynotes are playful and fun, while also being informative and thought provoking. In her signature keynote We Are The Weird Ones, for example, there are moments of guided, reflective questions where students are asked to think about situations in their own life, and near the end of the show there is an interactive dance party moment where a few students are asked to join her onstage to participate.

Through her signature motivational keynote & book, We Are The Weird Ones, Mallory offers an inspirational exploration of how gratitude, self-compassion, allyship and loving kindness can help you be a better human in a technology-driven world. Through her 4-part framework of Curiosity, Compassion, Authenticity & Action, she asks students to think about those concepts as we relate to ourselves & judge ourselves, as well as how we relate to and judge other people who are different than us.

Mallory's message is a great fit for new student orientations and Diversity Week events, as well as programming about bullying, self-esteem and personal growth.

As a multi passionate creative with two decades of entrepreneurial experience, she also teaches workshops on creativity and personal branding. As Adjunct Professor at Tulane University's School of Professional Advancement, she taught & developed classes on Digital Media Principles & Strategy and Creating Digital Content. Mallory is the founder of the Badass Creatives Marketing Accelerator, a mentorship and community for high-achieving, multi passionate creative business owners.

Mallory Whitfield’s presentation is perfect for all high school students. My students were touched and encouraged and one student said, ‘I finally felt normal.’ Several of them were taking notes and shared quotes with other students as we responded to the presentation the following day. She had a profound impact on them. I would encourage all schools to consider having Mallory’s presentation for their students.
