Creative Clarity 4-Week Workshop

Release the "shoulds." Let go of what's no longer serving you.

A live, hands-on workshop series designed to take you from idea overwhelm & analysis paralysis to embodying your creative clarity.

Wednesdays, June 3-24, 2026 via Zoom

You've grown. You've changed.

But your business model hasn't.

You have multiple creative businesses or passion projects. A few income streams. Maybe a teaching gig or a day job… Your attention is split between all the aspects of your creative business, and you can't figure out where to focus your energy.

Maybe you're even feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, depleted, and on the verge of complete creative burnout. Something’s gotta change… but you’re not sure what.

If the creative projects or business plans that once worked for you feel like an old skin that you're ready to shed... You're not alone.

As a fellow multi-passionate creative, I've been here countless times before and I've found myself once again at a pivot point.

Luckily though, because this isn't my first time looking inward to find creative clarity and direction for my next chapter, I have a set of tools and frameworks to guide me forward.

And I'd love to share them with you.

If you're seeking support as you navigate your own creative transitions, you're invited to join me for a 4-week alignment intensive for creative business owners.

"We Are the Weird Ones" Creative Clarity Workshop

Creative Clarity is a 4-week workshop series designed for multi-passionate creatives who are ready to stop listening to the "shoulds" and start honoring themselves instead.

Using the same frameworks I've used within my own business and in 1:1 client work, we'll look at what's working, release what isn't, and get honest about where you've grown and how you're ready to move forward.

By the end of our time together, you'll have a plan to move forward with holistic intention, focusing on what feels in alignment for you, right now.

In full transparency:

I’ve been recently revising & updating my own business, brand & creative direction as I step into my next chapter of life, and you’re invited to work through this process with me as I do it for myself once again.

Honestly, doing this work for yourself is often the hardest. That’s why as I’ve navigated these pivots for myself over the years, I've often worked with business coaches, branding strategists and other marketing experts I trust. Even as an experienced marketer, it’s “hard to see the label when you’re inside the jar” as my friend & business coach Gwen Bortner often says.

What people are saying…

  • “For years, I felt paralyzed by the myriad of possible directions and choices in starting my creative business. Within fifteen minutes of speaking to Mallory, a light went off and I’ve been laser focused ever since!”

    — Sally Ray, owner & designer at 8th Ray Design and Zombolina's Cabinet of Curiosities

  • “Mallory’s program is in-depth, holistic and relatable, and allowed me to create a really solid and detailed action plan...She goes above & beyond with sharing resources she’s accumulated through her own experience as a creator. I highly recommend working with her!”

    — Justine Diamond, perfumer, aromatherapist & creator of Elspeth’s Airs

  • “Working with Mallory has been such a blessing. She’s creative, patient, and professional, but what really stands out is how much she cares. She listens, gives great advice, and her expertise shows in every detail.”

Robin Barnes, award-winning vocalist, "The Songbird of New Orleans"

My approach: The Wheel of Weird

In this 4-week workshop series, we’ll use my signature We Are The Weird Ones framework — Curiosity, Compassion, Authenticity & Action.

Before we ever touch strategy or messaging, we start with the internal work: getting clear on what kind of business you actually want to build, what's truly in alignment for you, and what's been quietly getting in the way.

You’ll identify which parts of your business are actually feeding your soul (and your bank account) and which parts are things you’ve been told you "should" be doing.

How we'll spend our time together...

Week 1: Curiosity

We'll meet each other and begin to look within through the non-judgmental lens of curiosity. What’s working? What feels out of alignment?

Week 2: Compassion

As we dive deeper, reflecting on past pivots, “failures” and lessons learned, we'll offer ourselves self-compassion. We'll explore mindfulness & somatic practices to help you tune in more honestly to what is truly yours vs. the "shoulds" you've borrowed from others.

Week 3: Authenticity

We'll explore which branding, marketing & business visibility strategies feel aligned for you at this present time. You'll begin to develop an "anti-business plan" and give yourself permission to release the things that no longer serve you or your creative business.

Week 4: Action

Everything comes together, as we map out your next 90 days with total clarity. You’ll leave knowing exactly where to focus and what you’re ready to release.

Optional Followup Integration:

Mallory has been an invaluable resource – helping me substantially increase my audience size and engagement... While I find digital marketing and online self promotion a bit exhausting, Mallory made it straightforward and tangible. About your host, Mallory Whitfield…

I believe that curiosity, self-compassion, authenticity, and joy are the ultimate business strategies.

A third-generation entrepreneur, I started my first handmade business in 2004, learning marketing the hard way through a decade of craft shows and blogging before the days of social media.

Named one of Gambit’s 40 Under 40, I'm a keynote speaker, author, performer and teacher who has spent a lifetime exploring what it means to be a "multi-passionate" human in a world that tells us to pick just one lane.

Over the last 20 years, my path has been anything but linear…

  • The Academic 👩🏻‍🏫 Working in the curatorial department at the Louisiana State Museum and developing digital marketing curriculum for Tulane University.

  • The Artist 👩‍🎨 Writing two books and producing a one-person theatrical show about diversity and inclusion.

  • The Embodied Creative 👩🏻‍🎤 From a brief stint as a professional drag performer on Bourbon Street to hosting “Magical Movement” sessions and completing my 200hr yoga teacher training in 2025, I believe joyful expression has a place in heart-centered business.

I love helping creative misfits stop trying to do everything at once so you can build a brand that actually feels like home.

P.S. Ask me about: My favorite costume moments (including Cher and the world’s deadliest bird), my award-winning outfit made from FEMA blue tarps, or why I finally said "yes" to yoga after years of believing it wasn't for me.

What they’re saying…

"For the past two years, I have coordinated the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation's 3-month Catapult business accelerator program for all forms of fashion/beauty/jewelry designers. It is a very immersive learning experience that takes small business owners through every aspect of growing and scaling their companies.

In both years, Mallory was the only guest speaker that I allotted to not one, but two, slots because of her incredible knowledge and ability to work so well with our scholars.

She is an absolute favorite of our scholars - a highly respected thought leader but also a very successful craft-industry professional. After her programs, they buzz about all the things they've put into action after learning of these tools and strategies in her sessions. She always leaves them with a huge resource list of all kinds of tutorials, articles, and other thought leaders to follow. These resource guides are pure gold.

Mallory is so generous with sharing her knowledge and has such a passion to see participants succeed."

— Myra Corrello, PhD, marketing strategist & speaker
